Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (2 c.) salmon
    1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Flake salmon; add beaten eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix and put into greased loaf pan.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 4.
