Fresh And Creamy Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed, cooked potatoes
    1/2 c. celery slices
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1 Tbsp. green onion slices
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, celery, green peppers, onion and salt; mix lightly.
    Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk, mixing until well blended.
    Add to potato mixture; mix lightly.
    Chill.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
