Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. oleo
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter
Preparation

In a large heavy pan, place sugar, oleo and milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until ingredients melt. Continue cooking to soft ball stage, 235\u00b0 on candy thermometer. Remove from heat.
Quickly stir in marshmallow cream and peanut butter.
Pour into two 8 x 8 x 2-inch pans (buttered).
Cut into squares when cold.
You may add nuts or use crunchy peanut butter.
