Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. pumpkin
Preparation
    Beat eggs with sugar until light and well blended.
    Beat in oil.
    Sift dry ingredients together; beat into egg mixture.
    Add pumpkin and mix well.
    Pour into well-greased and floured 9-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until cake tests done. Let stand in pan 10 minutes.
    Turn onto rack to cool.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice with cream cheese icing.
