Sausage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage (hot or sweet, or half and half)
    2 large chopped onions
    29 oz. can tomato puree
    4 small cans or 1 large can chicken broth
    2 tsp. dried basil
    1 c. tiny pasta (rosamarina)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage and onions.
    Combine all ingredients in large pot and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    May be thinned with more broth or water.
    May be frozen.
