Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boiled potatoes, pressed or finely grated
    1 lb. potato starch
    1 c. water
    6 slices bread
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Put bread in the middle of a ball formed around the piece of bread.
    Place in boiling water.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Serve with roast beef, roast pork, etc.
