Ingredients

2 medium eggplant, sliced
2 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. red pepper
salt to taste
1 Tbsp. cumin
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Fry eggplant until they are golden brown.
Add salt, pepper and water to yogurt.
Take eggplant out of the oil and put cumin seed in the oil until brown.
Put half of the cumin in yogurt.
