Apple Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil (Wesson)
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. (generous) diced, peeled apples
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients with an electric mixer, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Put mixture into greased and powdered sugared pans.
    Bake for 60 to 90 minutes at 350\u00b0. Fill loaf pans half full.
