Golden Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 egg whites
    1 tsp cream of tartar
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. cake flour
    9 egg yolks
    1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until foamy, add cream of tartar, beat until stiff, but not dry. Add sugar, a little at a time and beat. Fold in flour. Beat egg yolks until very light and fluffy. Fold in egg white mixture. Add vanilla. Pour into angel food pan. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until done.
