Baba Ghanouj(Eggplant Puree) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unpeeled eggplant (medium size)
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. Tahini
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Place eggplant in a baking pan and bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Remove eggplant and let cool; split open and scoop out pulp; set aside.
