Not Just Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 large baking potatoes
2 to 3 green onions
4 to 6 slices bacon
garlic salt or powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste
butter or margarine to taste
Preparation

Wash potatoes.
Cut lengthwise wedge across top of potatoes, 1-inch wide and 1-inch deep.
Remove wedge.
Place bacon and green onions in corner of wedge.
Add butter.
Replace wedge and wrap in foil.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potato is done.
