Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Do not beat.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.
    Spoon batter into greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool pans for 10 minutes.
    Remove and cool completely.
    Spread frosting between layers, on top and sides. Sprinkle pecans on top.
