Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans creamed corn (medium size)
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs (reserve 1 Tbsp. for topping)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into medium size casserole dish.
    Dot top with cracker crumbs and butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
