Savory Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 beef short ribs
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced carrots
    1/2 c. red wine
    rosemary
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    6 Tbsp. flour
    14 oz. chicken broth
    14 oz. beef broth
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
Preparation
    For Crock-Pot:
    Arrange ribs in shallow microwave dish.
    Salt, pepper and rosemary each rib.
    Cook on High for 5 minutes.
    Drain fat.
    Add ribs, carrots, celery and wine to crock-pot.
    Stir together butter, flour, chicken broth, beef broth and bouillon until smooth.
    Add to the ribs in crock-pot and cook on high for 6 hours.
