Peach Macaroon Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whipping cream
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 c. crushed macaroon cookie crumbs (about 6 macaroons)
    1 c. pureed or mashed peaches
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Whip whipping cream.
    In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, crumbs, peaches and extract.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Cover.
    Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
