Saucepan Scratchies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 eggs, beat well after each addition
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. nuts, coconut or chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix everything in kettle you melt the butter or margarine in. Add oil to melted butter.
    Add sugar, then eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add vanilla, flour, baking powder and nuts, coconut or chocolate chips.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    Watch very closely.
