Company Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. shredded cabbage
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In large saucepan, heat bouillon in 1/4 cup water until dissolved.
    Add cabbage, carrots, onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper; toss to mix.
    Cook, covered, 5 to 10 minutes or until tender.
    Combine butter, mustard and pecans and pour over vegetables; toss to mix.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Serves 6 to 8.
