Spinach Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. oil
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 c. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 bay leaf
1/2 (16 oz.) box lasagne noodles
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 egg
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Saute onions, green peppers and garlic in oil until golden, stirring often.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, parsley, oregano and bay leaf.
Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
Combine spinach, Ricotta, egg, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
