Raisin Sauce For Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. ground mustard
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch and mustard. Stir in water, raisins, vinegar, lemon juice and peel until blended.
    Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
    Stir in butter until melted.
    Serve warm over sliced ham.
    Yield: 2 cups.
