Oriental Chicken(By Pam Gabriel) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/8 c. water
    2 pkg. Oriental sesame salad dressing package from Hidden Valley
    Minute rice (for as many people needed)
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite-size pieces in a frying pan, cook chicken with the lemon juice and water.
    When the chicken is done, add the 2 packages of dressing mix and simmer for at least 5 minutes.
    Cook rice as directed.
    Serve the chicken mixture over rice.
