German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes (peel and sliced)
    1 lb. hot pork sausage (cooked)
    1 oz. sour cream
    2 tsp. dry onion soup mix
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 tsp. dijon mustard
    1 can sauerkraut (wash and drained)
    1 c. bread crumbs
    Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Mix sour cream, dry onion soup mix, mushroom soup, lemon juice, and mustard.
    Heat sauerkraut in drippings from cooked sausage.
    In baking dish alternate layers of potatoes, cream mixture, and sauerkraut.
    Put bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350\u00b0F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and light brown on top.
