Swiss Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boneless
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. or more Ritz cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Arrange chicken in lightly oiled 13 x 9 x 1-inch baking dish. Top with cheese slices.
Combine soup and water; stir well.
Spoon sauce evenly over chicken; sprinkle crumbs on top.
Dot with butter or margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
