Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. olive oil
2 c. coarsely chopped onions
1/2 c. sliced carrot
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 c. Italian tomatoes (plum Roma)
salt and pepper to taste
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 Tbsp. fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried
Preparation

Tips:
Use more carrots (makes sweeter) or garlic or oregano if you like more herbs; whatever you desire, it's always good.
