Pork Chops With Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 chops (3/4-inch thick)
    little bacon drippings
    onions, sliced
    lemon slices
    salt and pepper to taste
    10 1/2 oz. can tomato soup
    1/4 to 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chops in little portion of bacon drippings.
    On top of each chop, place 1 small onion (sliced) and 1 lemon (sliced) and salt and pepper.
    Mix and pour over chops: tomato soup and water. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
