Beef Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
5 chopped potatoes
1 large onion, chopped
2 lb. beef stew meat
5 stalks celery, chopped
2 large cans chopped tomatoes
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
6 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. black pepper
2 qt. water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large stockpot.
Cook at high temperature for half an hour; then simmer for an additional hour.
