Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow self-rising meal
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 c. oil
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. hamburger, browned
4 bell peppers, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook hamburger, bell peppers and onion.
Add cheese.
Add to meal, corn, oil, milk and salt.
Mix all together and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
