Herb-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red potatoes
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    1/2 c. garlic and herb salad dressing
Preparation
    Cut the vegetables into chunks.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients in shallow baking pan in a single layer.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
    Serves 4 to 6.
