Chinese Sauteed Fresh Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetables *
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 clove fresh garlic, chopped
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. chicken/vegetable broth or 1 bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
    1 bunch asparagus
    1 bunch broccoli
    green peppers
    red peppers
    yellow peppers
    green squash
Preparation
    *Choose any 1 vegetable or combine several.
    Vegetables should total 1 pound before cooking.
