Uncooked Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck ripe tomatoes, cut fine
    2 large onions, cut fine
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    3 1/2 c. vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Bring vegetables, spices, sugar and vinegar to a boil and fill 10 pint jars.
    Seal.
    The liquid that you drain off can be put in tomato juice if making it the next day.
