Stuffed French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. raisins
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. brown sugar
    2 slices oatmeal whole wheat bread
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. reduced-calorie margarine
    2 tsp. reduced-calorie or strawberry spread
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl; spread on 1 slice of bread.
    Top with remaining bread to form a sandwich.
    In small bowl, beat egg with water.
    Transfer to small, shallow pan and soak sandwich, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes or until all egg is absorbed.
    Melt margarine in small skillet; add sandwich. Cook until bottom is golden brown; turn and brown other side.
    Top with strawberry spread and serve.
    Serves 1.
