Shoney'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pie crust
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 pt. strawberries
10 oz. 7-Up
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. red food coloring

Preparation

Wash strawberries and sprinkle with salt and let drain.
Bake pie shell and let cool.
Cook 7-Up, sugar, cornstarch and food coloring until thick and clear.
Cool.
Add strawberries and pour into pie shell.
