Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 doz. large tomatoes
4 green peppers
2 red peppers
5 large onions
3 heaping Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. mixed spices
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 1/2 c. vinegar
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Chop tomatoes, peppers and onions fine.
Boil all together slowly, then add spices and sugar and boil 3 to 4 hours.
Bottle and seal while hot.
