Cupid Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sifted flour
4 eggs
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, heat butter with water over high heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted and mixture is boiling. Add salt and flour all at once. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves sides of pan in a smooth compact ball. Remove from heat.
Quickly add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition until smooth and shiny.
Drop mixture by spoonful on ungreased cookie sheet, 3-inches apart, shaping each into a mound.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven 50 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
