Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Wash and cut rhubarb into small 1-inch pieces.
    Beat egg; add lemon juice, sugar and flour.
    Mix together and pour over chopped rhubarb.
    Stir until well coated.
    Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie crust.
    Dot with oleo.
    Cover with top crust.
    Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar and prick holes with fork.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes and then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
