Peggy'S Carrot-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil; add eggs and crushed pineapple.
    Beat well. Mix dry ingredients together and add to other mixture.
    Add carrots and pecans and beat well.
    Bake in three 9-inch greased and floured pans about 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
