Light Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) container regular or light whipped topping (Cool Whip)
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding or sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
    1/2 to 3/4 large (10-inch) angel food cake, cut into 2-inch cubes
    2 c. cold milk (2% or skim)
    1/4 c. orange or orange pineapple juice
    4 c. assorted, cut fruit (such as strawberries, cantaloupe, kiwi, raspberries)
Preparation
    Prepare instant pudding according to package directions.
    Fold in half the whipped topping while pudding is still soft.
