Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large Vidalia onions, thinly sliced
1/2 c. margarine, softened
25 rich round crackers, crushed
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute onions with margarine in large skillet for 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat.
Place half of onions in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Top with half of crackers and half of Parmesan cheese.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Bake, uncovered, in a 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
