Chapatis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    This is a flat bread.
    Sift flour and salt, adding 2 tablespoons oil and 2/3 cup water.
    Stir to form a ball.
    Knead until smooth and elastic, about 3 minutes.
    Divide into 12 equal pieces and form into balls.
    Roll into circles 6 to 7-inches; keep covered.
    Heat a cast-iron skillet and cook in ungreased skillet 1 minute on each side.
    Stack and cover with towel.
    Serve immediately.
