Chicken-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 c. whole grain rice, uncooked
    2 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. French onion soup mix
Preparation
    Put rice in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and place chicken on top of it.
    Mix together the water and cream of mushroom soup.
    Pour over the chicken.
    Sprinkle with onion soup mix; cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour.
    Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
