Ingredients

3/4 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar free orange flavor gelatin
1 1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
1 c. (11 oz.) Mandarin orange segments (undrained)
Preparation

Pour water over gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Stir in yogurt and orange segments.
Pour into 4-cup mold.
Chill until firm, at least 4 hours; unmold.
Makes 8 servings, about 1/2 cup each.
