Blue Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) or 1 c. Blue cheese
1/2 c. chopped up red onion
1/2 c. milk or cream
Preparation

Empty all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Mix it all together with an electric mixer.
Chill in the refrigerator.
You can put it on crackers or stuff celery with it.
