One-Skillet Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 strips bacon
    2 c. frozen hash browns
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. chopped chives
    2 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Chop
    bacon
    into small pieces and fry in skillet until almost crisp;
    drain excess grease.
    Add hash browns;
    reduce heat
    to medium-low.
    Continue cooking until browned, turning frequently with spatula.
