Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    confectioners sugar
    1 c. jelly
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Beat egg until thick.
    Add sugar (a tablespoon at a time).
    Blend in vanilla.
    Mix to dry mixture.
    Spread batter in 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan, greased and lined with wax paper.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Turn warm cake on towel.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
    Trim edges off.
    Spread with jelly; roll up.
