Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook, cool, peel and grate (or chop) potatoes.
    Melt 1/4 cup butter and stir in onions; cook onions until tender.
    Add cream, soup and 1 cup of Cheddar cheese to butter and onions.
    Heat until warm.
    Mix potatoes and cream mixture.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
