Rosemary Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (1/2-inch thick) loin pork chops
1 tsp. oil
fresh ground pepper
2 shallots
1/2 c. dry vermouth
1 tsp. dry rosemary
Preparation

Trim fat from chops.
Add oil to skillet.
Add chops and brown well on both sides.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Add shallots, vermouth and rosemary.
Over high heat, heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with brown rice and carrots.
