Rice Salad From France - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 tomato, chopped
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
    6 oz. can tuna in water, drained
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    green or black olives, sliced
    8 oz. cubed Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix well in a large bowl.
    For the dressing, make an oil and vinegar dressing and add salt, pepper, about a teaspoon Dijon mustard, parsley and basil.
    Mix to taste and pour over salad. Serve chilled.
