Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 bags frozen vegetables, thawed *
    2 pkg. dry chicken bouillon
    sliced Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 to 2 sticks butter
    3 individual packets Ritz crackers
Preparation
    *Such as broccoli, cauliflower, whole carrots and water chestnuts (a must).
