Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 small jar pimiento
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Drain sauerkraut and rinse in cold water.
    Drain again and add 1 cup sugar.
    Let set overnight.
    Add celery, pimiento, onion, wine vinegar, oil and green pepper.
    Mix and marinate 24 hours. Delicious salad; no sauerkraut taste, just good!
