My Vegetable Sandwich(Ideal For Picnic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. stir-fry vegetables
    1 Tbsp. flour, cornstarch or cream potatoes (your choice)
    1/2 c. onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 slices bread
Preparation
    Use 1 cup of stir-fry vegetables.
    Heat until soft, then add flour, cornstarch or leftover cream potatoes (your choice).
    Add chopped onion to vegetables.
    Salt and pepper.
    Serve as open-faced sandwich or closed sandwich using 2 slices of your favorite bread.
