Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. dry spaghetti noodles
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef or sausage
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation

Cook spaghetti noodles and drain.
Stir butter into hot spaghetti.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Form into a \"crust\" in a 10-inch pie plate.
Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust.
In skillet, cook hamburger, onion and green pepper until vegies are tender and meat is browned.
Drain.
Stir undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.
Heat through.
Turn meat into \"crust.\"
Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake until melted.
